Full course description

Participants will practice skills relating to marketing and communications to customers and prospective markets. They will practice building empathy and clarity with their audiences and use structure and focus to increase their effectiveness. The final project will be a one page Marketing Plan and a 90-day Action Plan to enable them to plan, execute and measure the impact of their approach.
